Sport Psychology: Annual Conference in Köln

At the 50th. annual congress of the German Society for Sport Psychology (Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Sportpsychologie, asp) in Köln, members of the chair of Sport Psychology presented current research of the team.

At the congress, Julia Schüler and Wanja Wolff hosted a symposium on conditions and consequences of self-controlled behavior in sports (German Title: „Bedingungen und Konsequenzen selbstkontrollierter Handlungen im Sport“). As part of this symposium, Julia Schüler presented research that was conducted together with Jonas Hofstetter and Wanja Wolff. She presented first results of an experimental study where the team investigated behavioral, affective, and neuronal consequences of implicit motive-goal incongruence (Title of the talk: „German Title: Motiv-Ziel-Inkongruenz und Selbstkontrolle: Befindens-, Leistungs- und zerebrale Korrelate“).
