Excursion to the Zurich Opera House

Last Friday, some of our sports students went to Zurich to visit the Opera House. First, they were allowed to attend a ballet rehearsal and watch the professional dancers at close quarters. Afterwards, they were able to talk to a dancer and ask her questions about her profession and the everyday life of a dancer. This was followed by a tour of the auditorium, stage, dressing rooms, tailoring, costume store and temporary set storage.

Visit abroad: Nils Jakubzig takes part in the EUniWell "Education for a Sustainable Future" programme

Nils Jakubzig visited Florence in April and took part in an EUniWell Blended Intensive Programme (BIP). Welcome Fabienne! - Fabienne Kohle joins the Social and Health Science Group

We warmly welcome Fabienne Kohle to our department. Fabienne recently finished her Master's degree in Sport Sciene at the University of Tübingen. In her thesis she wrote about the role of sport psychologists in youth competitive sport.

In Konstanz, she is involved in the research project "Exercise and Sport in Forensic Psychiatry". With the aim of evaluating sports therapy in a forensic psychiatric setting, Fabienne will be work and cooperate closly with the Centre of Psychiatry Reichenau.
