My Research & Me
As a researcher, I specialize in exploring the self-regulation of performance through psychology, neuroscience, and sport science. Currently, I am very interested in the role basic experiences like boredom and the sensation of effort play in guiding behavior and performance. I'm passionate about understanding the human mind and body, and I'm dedicated to better understand the mechanisms that drive optimal performance in all aspects of life. And while it may sound a bit tongue-in-cheek, I'm also planning to use this knowledge to stop getting worse at cycling the hills around Konstanz!
